These are the oats I make almost every week. They are super simple, but delicious! You can get super creative like I have in some of my other overnight oat posts, but it only takes 5 minutes to whip up a week’s worth of these!
The macros are per serving: 182 cal, 4g fat, 33g carb (5g fiber), 6g protein
Ingredients (per serving):
-1/2 cup old fashioned oats
-1/2 cup nut milk
-1/2 tsp cinnamon (or whatever spice you want)
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1tbs baking stevia
Directions:
-Mix all together
-Refrigerate for at least 8 hours
